How accurate has Zillow (and other services) been for you?

If you use a online solutions to get property estimations and/or details, how accurate have they been? High/low? 10-20k off, or a percentage?

Just curious on how everyone's experience has been. Obviously things will never be spot on due to the nature of the business.
