Opinions needed for Web Design

If any of you have read my last few blogs you'll know that I've been playing around with learning how to increase traffic and rank on Google.

Now that I've been what I called successful in my little experiments I'd like to start building my own site for my investments. I've been very fortunate to have so many leads brought to me that I never really needed a website but I feel I'd like to take the challenge and increase my lead pipeline.

What I'm asking is your opinion on these 4 different layouts. I've chosen these particular layouts because I intend on writing articles and blogs that relate to the local market here in phoenix. The purpose of the site is to not only capture leads but also be a resource to sellers as well as a place to direct buyers to view current available properties.
