Seeking advice on property management posting topics

Hello all,

I have recently started a property management business, and I have created some social media profiles to spread the word and educate and inform. Our main goal with the social media is to inform the public (potential investors) with helpful information that landlords or property owners would find beneficial. I am wondering if any of you have suggestions for topics to write about or videos to make that can be shared to teach and inform.
