CallRail callback link in Podio

I am using Zapier to create new items in Podio for calls that come in via CallRail.  Ie, when a call comes into CallRail, a "seller lead" is created in Podio including the person's caller id name, phone number, city, and a link to a recording of the voicemail if they left one.  

I can go to CallRail and call the lead back via my tracking number they originally dialed.  However, it would be much easier if there was a link in the Podio item to initiate the callback via CallRail.  

Has anyone ever done this?  (hope my explanation makes sense)

Ronald Keene mentions the CallBack link in his blog post here, but I don't see the option to add it on Zapier....maybe it goes by a name other than "callback link"?

Hey Alden,

I currently don't use Zapier but what you can do is set up another workspace and call it Incoming Calls and use the email to App Function to send all your calls into this workspace and then use Globiflow workflows to send the phone number, caller ID, & and the call recording link into your seller app, cash buyers app and so on.   By doing this way, you can completely control where the information goes and this helps with Duplicates, tracking Call history within the seller leads and automated text replies.   I have made a video showing you about the link.  https://youtu.be/bDDjJx22QIw
