Solution for automating sending of MLS searches via landing page

Hi,

What I'm trying to do is find a solution for this: I have potential customers completing at POWr submission form on a landing page. When they click submit, I want a webpage URL (basically an MLS search results page) send to the user which contains an active link of homes for sale. I also want a text message sent to the user because they'll be submitting their phone number via the form.

 Any information would be great on how to implement that.
