Form Filler for the web/chrome suggestions?

There's this RE agency that handles most of the REO business in the area. They only accept offers via a form on their website. Other agencies are like this too. I H-A-T-E filling out the same 30 pieces of crap every time (could be a couple times a day) I make an offer. Even cut and paste is tedious.

Google autofill does not work for the whole form.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a Chrome extension?
