Which app do you use for contracts?
I was looking at this app Shake (http://www.shakelaw.com/) for handing e-contracts. Has anyone used Shake? Are there other contract apps out there that are really loved?
I don't have any info on the matter unfortunately but I know I'd love to find out more about this too!
@James Reyes, the one that I use and is highly regulated/used by major corporations, real estate investors, business people, etc. is Docusign. You can check it out at www.docusign.com.They have specific accounts for real estate professionals such as us. They also have another app/system called Docusign TR(Transaction Rooms) that is used by real estate professionals such as re investors, attorneys, realtors, real estate brokers which allows you to send/receive/share documents throughout a transaction between all parties, all done electronically. Hope this helps.
@James Reyes Not sure if you can access it without being an agent, but us agents use CTMe contracts. They have all the "Colorado Approved" forms that I would HIGHLY recommend using as an investor.
