Tracking property values, LTV, mortgages in a single spreadsheet

I've been using a Google Sheets to keep track of our properties, and I'd like to see what the community thinks of it.

Here is the template

The spreadsheet is semi-automatic, it does require some manual inputs, and then certain parts remain automatic. The prices tab needs to be manually updated, just add a new column to the right, and the summary sheet gets updated automatically with new LTVs.

You can:

Track mortgages

Track LTV

Track prices

Any comments, suggestions?
