Best sources/ websites to find good investment opportunities

I am new to BP and just getting started in REI.

Looking around to find a good Multi-Family to start with. I am looking for any suggestions on good websites or other sources to find properties. Most websites require you to sign up to view most of the details. Is it worth it to sign up for these websites? I constantly browse craigs list for the hell of it but do not expect to much to come from that.

Should I find a good broker to constantly send me opportunities? Continue my personal searching on the internet and other sources?

Any recommendations or advice is greatly appreciated.

@Joshua Frahm As always, it depends on your goals.  For me, I'm trying to find as many deals off market as possible.  That means no websites.  Either I need to find them myself or find them from a wholesaler.

Any property that is marketed, either on the MLS or Craigslist, is going to generate competition and make it less likely a deal. But there are deals on both and loopnet that are good enough for some investors--and good enough for me.

What are your goals?
