Has anybody started using Curbstreet?

I recently got beta access to curbstreet and spent a little time fooling around with it but really haven't gotten too into it. It seems pretty good. Basically it's a place to track your investments and track comparables and you are able to print reports and do some financial analysis. It's very new but I'm pretty interested in it and hoping some others have checked it out as well.
