Update on Launch Control (LC) after using it for 6 days

Day 6: Locking up my 1st deal today after using LC for 6 days. Using my Owner Finance Mindset I'm buying a MH for 8k with a 60 day option and no money down/no money out of pocket. Applying my Basic Capitalistic Formula of Buy for a $1, sell for $2. I should turn around and sell this MH for between 20k - 25k.

Very satisfied with LC and in particular their customer service that for many of these type of services is for ****.

Companies like BatchLeads, REIReply, REISimple, Smarter Contact hire customer service reps that are trained to send out spam responses to your questions/problems instead of helping you solve the problem.

Even if they aren't trained in this manner human nature takes over for these "customer service reps". Your questions/problems are a nusance to them and they take the easy way out, spam you with responses and links to minimize them having to work, and they can make max money for minimal effort.

NOTE: On services that I rate 3 Stars, SlyText, is give 3 stars mainly for their customer service. Their system has some glitches but their customer service is pretty good.

Best,

Isabel
