Has anyone used the Kukun estimating software that Biggerpockets provides? If so, have you found the numbers to be accurate for your area?

It is hard to claim that any tool or software can be 100% accurate, a lot of it comes with experience.

Some of the BiggerPockets books have some great rules of thumb for guesstimating these costs.

In any case, we use DealCheck and love it. It’s not perfect, but works for us.
