How to collect rent with several units - help!

Hey BP,

I am a little stuck here... I have a few furnished units that I rent to travel nurses I get from either Facebook or FurnishedFinder and that's what I'm having trouble with. I need an app that's like Zelle or Venmo but it can be linked to several accounts. I have a different debit account for each of my units to keep things organized for taxes but Zelle and Venmo can only be linked to one account and there's a max on how much can be transferred based on my bank I'm linking them to.

I put this question up on a Facebook passive income page asking for help and everyone kept saying use a tenant portal, cash app, Venmo, Zelle, Zillow, FurnishedFinder, etc. which was of no help... I don't need a tenant portal, all I need is a money transfer app. I do not run a background check or credit check since they are travel nurses that I'm renting to and I've had nothing but positive experiences. And what I'm looking for is something quick/easy, doesn't take a whole profile to make, connects to different bank accounts, and doesn't have a small limit.

Any ideas or do I need to just to back to cash and check like we are back in the Stone Age? Jk I'm not doing that. Let me know what ideas you have or what you use!

Thanks in advance!
