Be careful before you purchase True submeter.

Be very careful that you are able to use the product True Submeter sells before purchasing.   I purchased for a 4 unit property and unfortunately was not able to use (Plumber did not check crawl space like he said he did so when it came time to install, I was unable to).  Regardless, I returned in unused condition and only got approx 50% refund. Paid over $500 and got $255 back.  I wish my plumber had done what I asked but also seems very unreasonable for company to keep half my purchase for "set up bs fees".
