Lead Sherpa Additional Costs

Hello all! After looking into multiple skip tracing services and deciding on Smarter Contact, my partners and I were upset to find there were quite a few charges after paying $300 for the service; including a $140 fee to remove the "reply STOP to unsubscribe" feature. For anyone that has used Lead Sherpa, are there additional costs for things like this? We are considering moving from Smarter Contact to Lead Sherpa. Additionally, has anyone used the Lead Sherpa direct mail service? If so, how effective has it been? Thank you!

There are several other Skip Tracing companies with flexible spending options, no high-cost monthly commitments. Receive landline, wireless numbers AND emails. Using a lower-cost skip tracing service and then a call/mail/sms campaign service separately may reduce your costs. Let me know if you need more information or a referral link for skip tracing.

I wasn’t thrilled about paying more on top of the base cost as well as you. In my case, I kept using it because I saw decent results, but I get why those surprise charges feel off-putting. Based on my experience, you either pay some more but get a high-quality service, or you have really raw but cheap software. For my needs, it's better not to care about additional costs and to be sure you will get the same amount and quality of leads every month.
