Hi there! For text and voice blasts with potential Podio integration, Smarter Contact is a strong option. It offers a user-friendly interface, robust automation features, and solid reporting that many find invaluable. Alternatively, platforms like Twilio provide excellent customization but might require more technical setup for Podio. Which features are most critical for your workflow?

We are sending 4k texts a day on average with Smarter Contact with no daily sending limits. I know of investors in my network that are sending a lot more with no issues. Their messenger makes it easy to manage a large volume of conversations so with our volume 1 VA manages it full-time. I've used other cheaper solutions, but they're not nearly as good. Most are not even comparable, but I guess you get what you pay for

I wasn’t thrilled about paying more on top of the base cost as well as you. In my case, I kept using it because I saw decent results, but I get why those surprise charges feel off-putting. Based on my experience, you either pay some more but get a high-quality service, or you have really raw but cheap software. For my needs, it's better not to care about additional costs and to be sure you will get the same amount and quality of leads every month.

On average I'm getting a lead for about every 350 texts I send, but results vary depending on the list quality and messaging templates. To answer your last question, I do, personally. Smarter Contact provides good list filtering options, so it is up to you whether you want to include DNCs or not.

We're using Smarter Contact for texting drip campaigns, and it works smoothly. Never got a delivery rate lower than 91%.
