I'm not sure if I'm the last or of the first to get this, lol, but I've just started using this app I downloaded on both my android and ipad while driving for dollars. It's called "home snap". You take a picture of the house and it gives you general info on the property such as value, bed/bath, sq ft, etc., and keeps a record for you to go back and pull the info. Been really helpful so far with my pre-1st deal journey. Just thought I'd share...

Just to add a few to the list, deal machine is cool. You take the pic and for $2 dollars it will send a letter with your commit and land glide. Land glide does not keep a note so you have to snap shot the pic.
