Purchasing first duplex in my LLC

Hello All - I've just received an an accepted offer on a duplex that I plan to purchase in my LLC her on Long Island in NY. Does anyone have any lessons learned to share as I go through the process with the lender and realtor? I'm using an asset based lender. I've purchased 3 homes in my name in the past, but this is my first time via and LLC. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@SAKINAH P.Sorry, I've also been researching lenders in the NY area and haven't found one yet that lends to an LLC. I will continue to research and I'll let you know if I find one. Good luck on your duplex purchase.
