Is Investing In Buffalo, NY A Good Idea?

Hey guys! I'm a new investor in the real estate game and am looking at the Buffalo market to purchase my first home. I went to school at UB for 4 years and definitely see potential for growth. 

To be more specific, I am looking for a multi-family unit. I was wondering what you guys think of investing in the overall Buffalo area, in particular, around the college campuses? Do you guys think the market will continue to grow, does it make sense, etc?

@Hnu Thaper it’s been a great market to invest for the last 10 years.

There are a lot of up and coming micro markets, good cash flow, and affordable entry prices.
