Failure To Pay in Rochester, NY

I’ve got two tenants who are not paying their rent, and it seems I have no recourse with courts closed.

What are you doing to take the upper hand and repossess your properties?  And I’m not thinking payment plans etc bc these tenants are hiding and refusing to open doors and communicate.

Courts are now open and accepting new filings.  The only hitch for you now would be if you have a federally backed mortgage. In that case, you would have to wait until July 24.  PM me your email and I can help.
