Selling Elmira, NY Land Contract Note

My mom did a Land Contract with a wrapped mortgage.  She's trying to get out of it now, and we'd like to sell the note to someone, so we can pay off the wrapped mortgage.  The house belonged to my mom and my dad while he was alive.  Lots of bad memories for her.
