Thanks @Teresa F., I have ads on both of those sites but no luck so far.  It's a large 1 bed / 1 ba near stadium armory. There is a den off the bedroom but not set up in a way to qualify as a second BR.  Perfect as a kids room or office. 

Hi, I am looking for a service who can place a housing voucher tenant for an apartment in NE DC in Stadium/armory area.

@Stephanie Medellin We bought with a program that allowed us to go with 5% down, hence the higher interest rate, but have since enjoyed some appreciation - at least based on the more recent appraisal.

No I think that is paying too much.  How much are the actual windows? Are they just Home Depot windows or something similar?  I can put you in touch with a handyman who has installed windows for me if you would like.
