Good afternoon BP Community. I was contacted by a young lady out of DC who's looking to sell her home asap. I have an appraisal in hand showing it was valued 1/5/17 at $445k. I know it needs some work.. the kitchen and both bathrooms need to be rehabbed, the roof needs to be addressed and there was a leak in the basement so I was going to take that into account before I made an offer. My question to you all, is how is the DC market going at the moment? I know there's been a lot of talk about a bubble, but I wanted to seek out the communities input before I placed an offer. It's a really nice area, and I highly doubt I'd have any issues flipping or reselling.

Happy to help--20020 zip code is pretty big, and encompasses different types of neighborhoods. If you send the address, or at least the street, I can give you a sense of the area.
