Tune in to local meetups, talk to flippers, wholesalers, lenders, etc. Also if you are in the market for properties teaming up with a DC Agent might be a good idea.
Or the lazy approach and just ask @Russell Brazil haha. Seems to always be a good bit ahead of the competition.
