@Rafael Reynoso you are not too late! I am more than willing to meet up in. I'll shoot you a PM.

Gabriel, I also live in NOVA and have been looking into opportunities in markets within driving distance, particularly Richmond. I'd be happy to chat sometime.

@Lane Kawaoka I see that you are a practicing Civil Engineer. If you don't mind me asking, what kinds of tasks (engineering or project management) do use use a VA for?

Like many of you, my real estate investment journey has started out at a side hustle while maintaining my W-2 job. For context, I work as a project manager for a real estate developer in Northern Virginia.

I have read about the benefits of using a Virtual Assistant (VA) to free up time and I would love to implement into my workflow. I am tinkering with the idea of using a VA at my day job to free up some time to focus on my side hustle.

Has anyone tried this? Could this create issues from an employers perspective? Is this ethical? Let me know what you think!

@Anatole Doak thank you for the reference! I am in communication with Daniel now and hope to gain some good insight!

@Account Closed My goal for this next deal is 10-20 units and Richmond has caught my attention. I currently live Arlington, VA and work for a real estate developer for my day job. I would be happy to connect with you and talk about your investment goals. Feel free to message me and we can connect.

Hello! I am interested in investing in multifamily properties in the Richmond area. I currently live in the DC area and so I am looking to building a local team of agents, contractors, and property managers.

As a first step, I am trying to find a good agent that has experience in investment properties and has strong knowledge of the Richmond market. I am open to any recommendations!

Thanks!

Kerem
