Advice for Affiliate Marketing Newbie

Does anyone have any experience with affiliate marketing? This isn't a real estate question per se but given the entrepreneurial spirit of the BP community, I figured I'd ask. I pretty much have my niche of REI down and I am wanting to create additional revenue streams. If anyone has experience with AM, I'd love to know if there are any books, podcast, courses, or youtube channels you would recommend? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
