Is this forclosure class/seminar worth going to?

Hi everyone,

I am very new to RE and just wanted some advice. Is it worth the $39 to go to this class? http://www.northwestreia.com/clubportal/EventDisplayNew.cfm?clubID=939&EventID=172025&mo=9&tDate=%7Bd%20%272012%2D09%2D21%27%7D

I know at the end they will want to sell me a lot of high priced stuff but I figured maybe it was worth learning a few things during the seminar.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

If you are a novice, then you will pick up some information from these 1 to 1.5 hour presentations (that precede the "main event" that costs much more than what you stated here) - but you won't really learn enough to actually do much with that information. If you are already doing deals and buying foreclosures, it's probably going to be a waste of your time (unless you are simply looking to network with other investors while there).
