Hello All,

Usually i rely on the ratings on Amazon.com for my book purchases. however, I thought I would see what the members of BP would suggest. I am looking for a book discussing the purchase of commercial real estate. Specifically, I am looking for something that can give some insight as to acquiring investors and what specific information would assist potential investors?

Anyone have anything they would recommend?
