Troy Titus on American Greed

One show I watch on cable from to time to time is American Greed. It is about crooks, scamers and con men.

Last night in my area (Maryland Verizon cable) the show was about Troy Titus. Troy was an Attorney and Real estate Guru who was disbarred for misusing escrow funds. I have his program on various creative real estate techniques.

It was kind of fun to see one of the crooked real estate gurus get his due.

I remember watching this awhile back. I think he was pitching something about a "controlled foreclosure". I think even some celebs/music stars got taken under.

What do you think of his real estate program? Was there at least an ounce of truth there?
