There are so many really knowledgeable and successful people here on BP. I have a challenge for you folks. 
I'm curious to know what you think are the most relevant, informative, honest, influential, and helpful books out there about REI. I'm not talking about "guru program" books, selling only one part of the puzzle. But actual works that,for you have stood the test of time and are still relevant to what you do daily. It might also be fun to share you favorite motivational reads too! If there is enough response, maybe there could even eventually be a BP library where people could find these exceptional reads.

Granted, Reed has a conflict of interest in that he is a guru who sells books.   But even given that, in my opinion, he is fair in his assessments of the gurus.   Usually, he discovers the guru's primary gimmick is something unethical, illogical, or even illegal.

Thank you all for your responses. Let me clarify a little. I know there have been a whole lot of threads about books on BP & their merits. That is why I put this post in Real Estate Guru Books & Course review discussion. 
I was just curious on if there are enough "staples" that  have been truly useful enough to possibly create a "library" portion here on BP to provide additional resources.  After all, to have read something that is truly beneficial and has had a positive effect, why wouldn't you want to share it? 
If I could get a list of lets say 100 books, I could then post that list and let BP decide which would be the most influential. It could even be broken down into the many different facets of REI. So no one portion of the pie is left out. Just thought it would be a good idea.
