David Lindahl - in Philly last night?

I went to a local REI meeting last night in Philly. So far, I like the group itself. David Lindahl was supposed to speak but instead one of his students came - I think that is not cool. I wish the invite flyer would have read that "someone from the Lindahl group will show". It's the little things.

The gentleman was a very good presenter, although he didn't say anything that can't be read here. I prepared my boyfriend and myself for the the pitch, he has the secret and it lies within this book, this set of CDs and it could be yours for $1,495. Once you buy that, you then go to a boot camp for the real up sell. I don't really mind a pitch but I don't appreciate being berated because I'm not buying. At the end, whoever was not purchasing was living a slothful life and a waste of time. Wow! That tactic really cheapens the Lindahl brand.

I think there is a high probability that his system works, like with most, it takes for the end user to put it to work. The big take away for me was that I should consider buying multi-family properties which I wasn't really before because I thought it was a big leap for a newbie.
