Learning from historical accounts
I have grown tired of reading "how to" books. I find that I am able to learn more by reading books that provide an historical account of a specific situation. One that I just read that I recommend is "Empire" by Mitchell Pacelle. It is about the recent fight for control of the empire state building. And being that the land, building, and operating lease were all owned seperately, it was quite an interesting perspective on just what value each bundle of property rights carries in the free market.
