I am currently looking to invest in the Dallas, TX area and am looking for good wholesalers that you may have worked with. Please feel free to recommend anyone (or yourself).

Thanks,

NOTE FROM MODERATOR: NO, YOU CANNOT RECOMMEND YOURSELF. That would be an ad, and this is not the correct forum for advertising.

Mine is to increase my cashflow by 150% and do at least 4 flips.

I would contact the broker and talk with him. You might be out of luck if that realtor is also the broker.

Abortion is a good example. The mother decides that her child would just be too much of an inconvenience in her life so she has it murdered. And then they have to cover up the murder by calling it choice, when in fact, the child had NO CHOICE whatsoever in the matter.

Mike,

I agree with you a little, however, most people are not fighting for survival on a daily basis. There are people whose hearts are in the right place, even if it is for selfish reasons.

Also, defending your life does not inherently make you evil. Animals also try to defend themselves through various mechanisms, would that make them evil? Survival is a basic instint that all beings are born with, and cannot be confined in the black and white definition of good or evil.

Mike,

with all due respect, I do not believe that all men are evil and that our intentions are purely motivated by evil. That is a grim point of view in life. I might be naiive but I chose to see the positive in this world.

I believe that War unites a nation against a common enemy. It brings patriotism in the lime light, and a way for people to show it. Over the last 60+ years we have constantly been at war, whether with a country or an idiology.

It started with WWII, then war against Socialism, then Korean war, then Vietnam, then war against drugs, then war against crime/criminal and now war against terror and the "axis of evil".

It should also be noted that no sitting president has been unseated during a war. Thus, is it not in the politician's interest to start/maintain an ongoing war?

War is very different from sports or athletics. Sports are competitive while war may demand the ultimate sacrifice from many. However, being at war allows majority in the nation to spectate something from afar while rooting against a common enemy.

Just some thoughts.

Robert, thank you for the awesome response. I am a huge fan of Jim Rohn, he is the default speaker in my car :) I believe Earl was his sponsor into network marketing.

I know many people are big fans of Tony Robbins and wanted to give him a try. I am reading his "unlimited power" right now and find it a fascinating read.

I plan on attending his UPW event when it comes to TX next. I have heard similar reveiws from others.

Thanks again.
