3. When was Tigrent Inc. incorporated?
Tigrent Inc. was incorporated in 1996 as Gimmel Enterprises, Inc. in the state of Colorado. The company changed its name to WIN Systems International, Inc. in 1998. In the following year, the company changed its name and went public as Whitney Information Network, Inc. The shareholders of Whitney Information Network, Inc. voted to change the parent company name to Tigrent Inc. on September 2, 2009
