Hi guys, I'm just wondering about the many books I've read about Robert T. Kiyosaki about real estate investing. I do admit many times after I read his books, I feel like I've hope again and after reading his another book, it kinda hammers me back to square one again. For a newbie like me, I've alot of things I dunno and alot of things I need to learn.

This is just one of the example. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I read about how one can buy real estate properties and get a cashflow outta them every month without any money down.
Then I read that it is very risky not to have any money for property investment... So which is which....and bank won't even wanna talk to you and let alone loan you any money for property investment when they know you've no money. I tried talking to my local banks and they don't really wanna entertain me when they saw my bank account. I'm just trying to buy a small piece of property to start learning but they won't even gimme a chance. It's kinda embrassing but I can live with that.

I'm trying to learn how to do it and where to start because I'm in the exact position right now and aiming to be financially free one day. I lost my business, my money and just wanna have a chance to crawl back to the human world. Can we do like what Robert T. Kiyosaki says? Any comments?
