The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs

Hello BP family,

I was just wondering if the Book on Estimating Rehab Costs is a good buy for someone who is primarily interested in buy and hold investing. I am considering flips in the future but am not ready to make that move at the moment.

If anyone can recommend any other resources that will help me estimate what rehab costs will be for buy and hold properties it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

It is always important to know about what it will cost to fix, repair, or remodel a property.  If I recall, the book you reference also gives life expectancy in addition to repair costs, so in my opinion it is just as relevant to a b&h strategy as a flip.
