I have a question about owner occupancy for a multi family using fha loan. A seller wants to sell to multi units buildings each with 4 units. One unit is not rented. My question is if a get a approved for purchase, will the bank allow me to purchase both or just one. Thanks

I want to purchase a multi family with fha loan. I’m not entirely sure if my income will allow for purchase, but I was told that the other units can count as income? If this is true, does the available units need to be occupied before the purchase? How does it work for getting approved through the bank?

Hi I have a question for the gurus out there. I'm interested in purchasing a home from my local county tax lien sale. Is it possible to use my first time home buying program loan to fix up/renovate that property. Also can I use the loan to even purchase the tax lien home thanks gurus and I look forward to your replies.
