Land flipping course and education

Hi, I'm pretty new to the concept of land flipping. Have listened to Mark Podolsky's podcast etc. My question - in 2016 is this still a viable business to earn some income? Who would you recommend to learn from? Marks course has a much larger cost ( but also a refund if you sell a piece of land within 6 months) Seth Williams is much less. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!

Hey @Janet W.if you have more time than money just start making offers.  I have a free training webinar that will help you as well just check out my site.  Plus, Seth Williams has an amazing amount of information as well so in the same manner you wouldn't buy just one book on real estate investing from one author, you should probably investigate all the different angles and methodologies of different land investors.  I hear good things about land academy and Jack Bosch has been around forever.   

In 2016 I've sold over 31 parcels. I sold a 100 acre parcel today for a 800% ROI. The market is strong...
