For land flipping course - who would you recommend? Jack Bosch, Seth Williams, Land Academy, or Mark Podolsky. I realize much can be learned for free online, but if it is well organized, up to date, and step by step - it makes sense to save time and take a course. Thoughts? And Jack, Seth, Jack, or Mark - feel free to chime in!

Hi, I'm pretty new to the concept of land flipping. Have listened to Mark Podolsky's podcast etc. My question - in 2016 is this still a viable business to earn some income? Who would you recommend to learn from? Marks course has a much larger cost ( but also a refund if you sell a piece of land within 6 months) Seth Williams is much less. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!
