Property Bank
I recently spent some money for a 3 day seminar at Property Bank at the end of which they asked for more money.
Although I really enjoyed the seminar, I am still researching whether or not this is the best way to start real estate investing.
I am an existing partner in a Construction Company which requires my time so I am reluctant to start the property bank way of investing as it requires you to do a plethora of unconventional strategies that I am as of now unsure about.
Hoping somebody can shed some light on Property Bank.
I've never heard of them. Hopefully someone here has some insight. Good luck!

Never heard of it either. Sounds kinda guruish. Who is that person behind the curtain?
What's the spin, their niche, the deal, the strategy? What did you learn in 3 days?
Then I'll tell you if you can do what they do without them, oh heck, I'll tell you now, you can, just need a bit more in the education bank. :)
