I recently spent some money for a 3 day seminar at Property Bank at the end of which they asked for more money.

Although I really enjoyed the seminar, I am still researching whether or not this is the best way to start real estate investing.

I am an existing partner in a Construction Company which requires my time so I am reluctant to start the property bank way of investing as it requires you to do a plethora of unconventional strategies that I am as of now unsure about.

Hoping somebody can shed some light on Property Bank.

My whole experience with real estate investing is a 3 day seminar with property bank and the rest has been following their suggested regiment to property investing.
