I am looking to Buy with cash/Rehab/Sell with Owner Finance in Houston, TX area. I need mentors/ reliable partners for my very first deal. Any advice in this direction is highly appreciated. I can also consider private lending or notes investment. Guidance on areas which I should be aware of and cautious is much appreciated. Thanks.
