Dear Team,

I am looking for a decent return of between 8 to 10% for my savings. Is there any fund suggestions from you all. FYI - I live in Houston, Tx. Thanks.

You will find plenty of investors in the Houston area on this board (including myself). That said I would scope out what kind of deals you actually want, how you want to be involved, what type of deal you want to do, etc. A blanket ask for a return sends up red flags.
