Best Subject To & Other Specialty Education Materials

I was just wondering if you could offer personal referrals for the best Subject To and other specialty interest materials (abandoned properties, etc.). Some of the recommendations I have so far are below:

Subject To;
William Tingle

Specialty:
Reggie Brooks
Thomas Kish

I want materials that contain all the information needed to go out and do a deal!
Has anyone heard of Lyle Reichenbach's Subject To Software?

Thanks for your feedback and God Bless,

Tyra
