Right now, I'm looking for investors who are skilled at making deals work...if it's a deal.

I've noticed there are many threads that are specific to certain programs. These have definitely been helpful to many. However, I was just wondering if we could get a thread going that identifies great quality programs/systems.
If you respond, please have proof and be willing to share with those who would like to know more about the program.
In addition if you've had bad experiences, please share as well and be able to provide details.

Thanks for your advice. The "booklet" and/or document would be an introduction to Seller Financing. My goal is to create a document with basic facets of seller financing. All in all, this for me means that everything would be done legally and professionally. My point in asking in the forum is because I'm not claiming to be an expert, but rather want to find experts that are interested in really assisting homeowners with this option that is not frequently (compared to traditional sales) mentioned. It would be great to use a document that is already created and stamped by attorneys, etc. I am looking for experts across the country who have systems and people set up to smoothly complete a seller financed deal.
