Phill Groves The Wealthy Finder Program

Hello,

I received an email from Phill Groves and Michael Kimble regarding Phill's The Wealthy Finder program. It's about getting paid finder's fees for bringing buyers and sellers of real estate together. This has been something I've been interested in but, I don't know anything about Phill Groves and I just want to make I'm not wasting time or money on something that's just a scam. I noticed that when I closed the page, I was redirected to another page where the program price is reduced from $99 to $69 which makes me wonder if there's an expensive upsell later on. Has anyone out there trained under this guy or purchased any of his products? Have you had any success? I would greatly appreciate any feedback before making a decision to purchase the program.
