Shout out to @Joshua Dorkin @Brandon Turner and @Michael Quarles for show 077!

This podcast was extremely helpful learning about negotiations, not just for wholesaling but made some great points about real estate investing in general, being ethical and fair while getting a good deal for yourself. 

It also had me in stitches when you did a negotiating scenario!
