Need Opinion on the Justin Wilmot 10 Hour Wholesaling course
I recently came across an invitation to purchase Justin Wilmot's 10 Hour Wholesaling course....granted it is extremely inexpensive compared to what coaches at my local REIA are asking...but I just wanted some feedback to see if it's something that I should consider. I'm a newbie and still trying to gather information regarding this business.
Thanks
@Donald Johnston, I have also invested a lot of money in real estate programs over the years with no luck. I, like you will not give up and continue to find the perfect niche and program for me. Unfortunately, if you take the time to read through all of the posts here, you will not be able to find one single person with a positive testimony about making money with the program. I would have thought since it was so inexpensive that there would have been a large number of successful, positive and inspiring experiences. Oh well!
Please report back with your experience if you decide to move forward with the 10-hour Wholesaler Program.
Good Luck!
found this AFTER reading this thread. it seems to be the actual program steps laid out. Havent tried it on my own

I just watched the 10-hour Wholesaler's sales pitch, and it has caught my attention. In the past I have been burned to the tune of over $30,000 buying in to Real Estate Investment programs that did not work out for me. I have actually taken a break from pursuing real estate investing over the past year and a half, but I still have not given up on my desire to become successful with it. As this 10-hour wholesaler program has sparked my interest, I would like to know if anyone has actually paid for the program, used it, and made any money. If so, I would like to know how much money they have made and what their experience was like. I would also like to hear if anyone has bought into the program and decided to request a refund. If so, how did that work out for you?
Being that I am still a "newbie" that has really done nothing more than buy a lot of training, I'm interested in any constructive advice that "successful" real estate investors might be willing to offer me. I live in the Orlando, FL area and am interested in any useful feedback that an be provided.
Thank You!
I don't know about this program but think logically can anyone learn to make hundreds of thousands of dollars in a 10 hour course.. pretty much anything that would be mentioned in a 10 hour course your going to find on the internet.. and as well just go to E bay and buy used guru course materials and CDs for usually 20 to 50 bucks.. those are worth the money take your time listening to all of those and you should get some understanding.. but at its base.. wholesaling is no mystery.. you simply buy low sell high.. how you do it is you market your rear end off.. wholesaling in the Orlando area dried up about 3 years ago.. most of the bigger players exited the market simply not enough deals ..

Update: There's an introduction video before proceeding to anything. It's a short webinar of him proposing extended coaching, resources, direct access to his email etc for $497. I'm pretty satisfied staying at 97 dollars right now.. also I am only on video/module #2 so I will send updates as I go.
@Donald Johnston I'd have to agree. General information that could be found floating around the internet - is what I'm finding out as I venture through the course.
@Jim Froehlich . LOL, yes it got a little entertaining there AND YES, haters are always going to hate! Trust me when I say, I am well aware it's a reflection of where they are at in life mixed with their past experiences. Good or bad, they are dissatisfied with their own results.
Some take the " I am the real estate hero going to save you from Other guru's" route which is the case of that Bill guy... ALL ego. Interestingly enough, they also tend to have the meekest realities. They also think they have ALL THE ANSWERS. I can assure you they or NOBODY does. It's all perspective
And others are just so fed up with their results, got burned in the past and OR QUIT on themselves...that every other course and "guru" must be bad as well.
kinda of a shame and I honestly have sympathy for those types. One day they may be able to kick that limiting belief and find a mentor that helps them. One day. Maybe :-)
People will be a skeptic of anything they see online. And for good reason. There is a LOT of BS out there. They don't even know me, and if they did, I can nearly Guarantee you they would apologize for the criticism, but if not, that's fine too. LOL
I have had my battles in life, made it through them all and now have the successful track record that allows me ( in my opinion) to share what I have learned through my various courses.
It's odd to me though that people assume I want or need them to join my programs. The GOD's honest truth is it will NOT change my life a single bit
It WILL, however, change theirs IF... and that's a BIG 'IF"... they actually take the golden nuggets out of the program and put them to work in their own life ( BTW , the 10 Hour Wholesaler course is my first and oldest course) Looks of great new things availbe.
Secondly, I refund anyone that joins my community that's not happy or simply gives us a headache. I don't want it.
Thanks for revitalizing. Lot's of comments to reply to buddy and if you joined one of the programs, I hope you are enjoying and using it buddy.
Thanks for the post Janice . If anyone ever had an issue with a Refund, that processed by my publishers' company and their support is open 9-5 Monday through Friday...so 99% of the time- that's where the "issue" arises. It's not a 24hr 7-day week support staff. Just like my own support team.
YES, we have countless testimonies on all of our sites and Youtube availbe to anyone who wants to search and watch them
@Jim Froehlich, thanks for waking up this thread. I read it from end-to-end too and found it very entertaining as well. I have to admit @Bill Gulley threw his expertise and tons of advice at us, but honestly, I understood very little and found his comments quite boring and rude, especially towards @Justin Wilmot. ...sounded like a lot of legal mumbo jumbo, you know that gibberish none of us understand. Yes, haters will be haters. I think it's a character flaw!
I think as long as our deals are done professionally with noted Title companies and their on-staff attorneys, we should be okay. I have a trusted Title company I use for all my deals. They've been around for years and have hawk-eyes when going through the contracts and paperwork. I don't think they'd want their name involved with any legal acts. Not all of us will ever be able to say we understand ALL the real estate laws. Yes, I know it's important to have some knowledge, but I'm not an attorney. That's why we have the experts; we find the deals and the Title companies close them. Simple as that!!
I'm also planning to buy the 10-hour Wholesaler program and hoping IF I DECIDE it's not for me that the refund process goes smoother than it did for some. It would have been so nice to hear back from @Sha'Niece G. regarding her experience with the program since sooooo many people wanted to hear her results (including me).
Has anyone here gone through the 10-hour Wholesaler program and had good results? It would be great to hear at least one success story. I've been through several real estate programs and sat through many workshops, webinars, etc. and became frustrated from each because I could never speak to the front man and all of the answers to my questions were vague and unclear. They just keep stringing you along with general information until you finally give up. I don't think half of the people advertising these programs even exist. The one thing I've noticed about Justin is that he's a REAL PERSON and that in itself is comforting.
Good luck to all of you!
@Rahdia Green . Congrats on joining and hope you enjoyed it after a more thorough dive into the course. I can assure you it is not like anything else out there since it is my perspective from my own personal experience. The stuff is all the same...how it's done is the difference. Thanks again for the post
@Joyce Ann Mikle . We have a ridiculous amount of testimonies in the link below. You may not many here because a blog is not the first...or even last place people to go after they flip their first house or succeed with this or any program.
However, if any students come across this thread or are reading this right now- please feel free to post your honest opinion. MANY have succeeded and many have not. The ones who did take my advice and put it TO WORK in their life got the results. The others (who don't get results) just don't put it to work in their life. As a matter of fact, our data shows that over 60% of our buyers don't even watch past the 2nd module!!! I am not sure how committed you are to getting results, but I can assure you, that if you are anything like the later crowd, you won't get results either.
Be like the FIRST crowd, then persevere through the inevitable obstacles....THEN you will see results :-)
Please check out some testimonies here https://freedommogulslifestyle.com/fm-testimonies and if you want to reach out to any of them, I'm sure they will have no problem answering your question if they want to. Thanks again for your post and best of luck to you on your journey
P.S. there are also many more success stories on YouTube
Justin and his programs have worked really well for me. It's one of my business strategies along with other things Justin has taught me over the years as it allow me to do deals without marketing dollars. Just relationships. There are plenty of other students that use the tactics taught in the course actively.
@Peter Givens I don't know who Brian is and thanks for the heads up, but I can assure you the 10-hour Wholesaler was its very own unique program. He may be an affiliate who promoted the 10HW program through my publisher. Please see my earlier replies for the link to the testimonies over the years. Hope you found what you were looking for and doing well man! Thanks for your interest!
Purchased it in 2019, and the info was pretty much outdated and geared towards wholesaler in FL. I wouldn't waste the $97.00 on it. You will find more accurate & helpful info for free on YouTube & Google.
Do not do this program. He claims to give a 30 day money back 100%. I asked for a refund after 2 weeks and he wouldn't refund my money. He wanted to charge me for the virtual assistant 45 bucks an hour. Which he said was included for free. 45$×25free hours he charged me. The skipped trace results was the same list of buyers I received from connected investors for free. Not happy with this business, RIP off. Poor business practices.
what course are you looking atfor $97? It was just sent to me for $1,997
Those comments are 4 years old. I just looked at as well and still on the fence
