What cripples new real estate investors more than anything else?

The #1 thing that cripples new real estate investors is the bad information and even TMI they get from people who shouldn't be giving advice or "coaching" in any way shape or form. Even from those well intentioned. Less than 10% of real estate investors should be teaching others in any meaningful manner. Less than 1% should be charging for it.
