Hello,  I see a lot post in here asking if the Subto mentorship is worth it.  In my opinion it is one of the only mentorships that is worth it.  It is a supportive and positive community.  I made my money back in the first 6 months.  Some have done it quicker than this while others have taken much longer.  One thing is for sure.  If you do not take action nothing will happen.  They are not going to do it for you.  There are more ways to make money in real estate than you can imagine, but you must be a doer!  If you just consume the content and don't take action you are truly missing out on the value this group provides.  It has changed my real estate business as an agent and the path I want to take for my investment business.
